Enjoy egg roll deliciousness without all the carbs!
1 pound ground pork
5 cups shredded cabbage
1/2 cup chopped onion
olive or coconut oil
2 T soy sauce or liquid aminos
1/4 C chicken or vegetable broth
1/2 t. grated ginger
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 t. apple cider vinegar
1 t. sesame oil to finish
Add oil of choice to saute pan or wok and brown pork. Chop onion into slices and add to pan. Add ginger and garlic and combine until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Add broth and scrape pan to deglaze. Add in cabbage and saute until softened. Add soy sauce and vinegar. Cover pan and reduce heat to simmer 5-7 minutes. Add sesame oil. Top with sriracha. Enjoy!
